Thor's reaction... well, it doesn't surprise him, not exactly, although the intensity of it catches him a little off-guard. Perhaps this is what the god meant about not being well. Still, he is a Titan, grandson of Gaia, so when Thor grasps onto him, he does not falter, as steady and stable as the ground itself. He drops the hand from Thor's shoulder so that he can grasp back, his grip strong and reassuring. He'd give his friend a hug, but he doesn't want to crowd him while he's obviously struggling to breathe normally. Instead, he simply sits silently, exuding calm, his own breathing slow and unhurried.

The rain is not a bother at all, especially because he knows that Thor needs it. When his friend finally speaks, he shrugs and smiles, letting go so that he can brush back his damp curls. "Don't worry about it. The jacket's waterproof." Warmly, he offers his arm again. "Would a hug help? I've been told I'm good at those."
