It takes Amelia a moment to catch the woman's intention with her words, but she doesn't have to explain further. "Yes, I do know it." She only experienced it as a bystander in the Nexus, but the effect it had on all of her friends there was severe. No one escaped unscathed from it, though she's glad to see this stranger apparently doing well. Well enough to leave her life behind for a visit to Asvera, at the very least.

"I do apologize that you came all this way to see our king and find him gone. He'll be returning later today, if you're all right waiting for him." Amelia's smile grows a little warmer as she rests more fully on the fence, forearms resting across the top of it and hands hanging off the other side. "I can't offer you a place in my class while you wait, but I can explain it if you're interested. It's not a typical thing humans of Earth see when they come to visit." Mostly because they don't wander this far. They come for the main attractions, visit the shops, and then leave. It's not a bad thing, but it does limit what people see of this incredible place they've built.
