"I'll find a way to make what I brought work," she laughs. "I have a few spare handkerchiefs I could tear up if absolutely necessary." They're easily replaceable, so losing one or two to make all of the children happy is an easily acceptable sacrifice for the rogue. It's not as if she uses them for much these days anyway.

Una's reaction earns a bright laugh from the rogue. This is high praise in Amelia's mind and she will happily take it. "Any time you need a fancy braid, you let Thor know and I'll come over as soon as I can, all right? We can do this one again or try something new, depending on what you need." Once the girl is a little bigger, there can be some teaching involved as well. For now, it seems best for the rogue to offer up her skills to keep any braid disappointment to a minimum. Thor, and presumably Loki, hardly need that frustration directed at them.

Rather than ask for her phone back right away, Amelia stands and offers up her chair. "I believe Sigrid was next?" she poses, her head tilted slightly to one side. She looks to Sigrid and pats the seat she's now vacated. "Sit with your legs off the side, please, and let me know how fancy you'd like your braid. I promise it won't be the same as Una's."
