A his words regarding the tragic fate of his hammer, Loki felt he could do nothing but stare at his brother and offer up a small gesture of a hand to Thor's arm, squeezing softly. There was genuine sadness in his large green-blue eyes. That terrible woman had destroyed Mjolnir with her evil presence. As for the hammer being hers before being wielded by Thor, Loki found that hard to believe. He had only know the Thunderer to be the only one to wield such a mighty weapon.

"I'm sorry, Thor. I only wish I were there to stop her from committing such a terrible thing."

Could he have stopped Hela if he were there at his brother's side? Thor would surely have welcomed help in the form of Loki's magic but what was done was done. There was no going back now it seemed.
